At Pingbix, we strive to offer our customers the best possible services and support. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and you may need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand our process for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at support@pingbix.com, digital@pingbix.com. For SMS services, cancellation is effective immediately. However, for WhatsApp Business API, we require a 30-days notice period before the cancellation becomes effective.
Refund Policy
We offer a refund on your subscription fee if you cancel your subscription or purchase, depending on the payment plan you choose. The refund amount will be pro-rated based on the remaining days of your subscription.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@pingbix.com. Please include your company name and the reason for the refund request. We will process your request as soon as possible, usually within 7-15 business days after the date of cancellation.
Exceptions
Pingbix reserves the right to refuse a refund or cancellation in certain situations, including:
– If you violate our terms of service
– If you engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
– If your account has been terminated due to a violation of our policies
