  DLT Template Approval (AIRTEL)

The process of approving a DLT template on the Airtel operator through the online portal involves the following steps:

1. Log in to the Airtel DLT portal using your registered mobile number and OTP. If you are a new user, you will need to create an account on the portal.

2. Once you are logged in, navigate to the “Template” section and click on “Add Template”.

3. Fill in the required details such as template name, category, message type, message content, and sender ID. Ensure that the message content adheres to Airtel’s guidelines and regulations and does not contain any restricted keywords.

4. Preview the template and ensure that it is accurate and error-free.

5. Click on “Submit” to send the template for review and approval.

6. Wait for the Airtel operator to review and approve the template. The operator will usually take a few days to several weeks to review and approve the template. During this time, ensure that you are reachable in case the operator requires additional information or clarification.

7. If the template is approved, you will receive confirmation from the Airtel operator. You can then start using the template in your communications with customers. Ensure that you use the approved template correctly and avoid making any changes to it without seeking approval from the Airtel operator.

8. If the template is rejected, you will typically receive feedback from the Airtel operator on why it was rejected and what changes need to be made before resubmitting it for approval. Make the necessary changes and resubmit the template for approval.

9. Once the template is approved, ensure that you comply with all the guidelines and regulations set by the Airtel operator. Periodically review the template to ensure that it remains compliant and up-to-date with any changes to Airtel’s guidelines and regulations.
