2019
By 2019, we expanded our horizons, offering SMPP protocol to our customers and gaining recognition in the digital messaging world.
2020
In October 2020, we rebranded from Colortext to Pingbix, shifting our focus to becoming a full-fledged CPaaS provider.
2021
We began developing plugins in collaboration with industry giants like Pabbly, HubSpot, MoEngage, CleverTap, Leadsquared, and WebEngage—making integrations easier for our clients.
2022
By 2022, we introduced official WhatsApp Business API services and live chat support, while still excelling in messaging. (Achievement: Bagged the Silicon India StartUp City Spotlight award in August 2022.)
2023
We added Email and IVR services to our portfolio, solidifying our CPaaS position. (Partnerships: Became a proud Microsoft and Meta Tech partner.)
2024
This year, Pingbix has gone global, expanding our reach with International SMS and RCS to establish ourselves on the global CPaaS stage. Our innovation is making its mark, earning us the Emerging Tech for Customer Experience Award 2024 at the prestigious Elets India Brand Summit. And this is just the beginning!
