Overview
Pingbix SMS integration with Pabbly Connect allows you to seamlessly send SMS messages through your workflows. This documentation guides you through:
- Creating a Pingbix SMS connector in Pabbly
- Configuring authentication and app details
- Setting up workflows for sending SMS
- Testing and verifying your integration
Before you begin: Ensure you have both Pingbix and Pabbly Connect accounts ready.
Create SMS Connector
Pre-requisites
- Login to your Pabbly Connect account
- If you don't have an account, create one here
- Start building your app integration through this link
- Click on create new app button and name your application
App Details & Authentication
This step includes the basic details associated with your app like App Name, Brief Description, Logo and Authentication method.
Our Application will use API Key as authentication header, so give the description
Configuring Actions
This step depends on your application functionality like if your app allows getting data inside your app from any third-party services e.g. CRM apps, Email Marketing apps, Task managements apps etc. then you can configure the actions and no need to add any trigger (if not required).
Here we are adding, Send SMS Action.
Workflow Configuration
Initial Access
Login to your Pabbly Connect account.
In case, you don't have a Pabbly Connect account then, you can create one from here.
Creating New Workflow
Access Pabbly Connect after logging in
Create a new workflow and name it
Configuring SMS Action
In the actions section, select our Pingbix SMS app which is going to send SMS messages and select Send SMS Message as action and then establish a new connection by entering api key.
Example:
Key: apikey
Value: API KEY
Note: Login to your Pingbix Account, click on profile and select API Key from the dropdown menus. You will find API Key.
Configuration Details
Fill in all the required details and credentials that are required for sending SMS messages through our API
Testing Configuration
Save and Send Test Request. You will get Response
