Hubspot Integration Documentation

Pingbix is a solution provider for marketing automation, chatbot, OTP and enterprise SMS. As an innovative business communication suite Pingbix provides a powerful SMS gateway which can be utilized from the HubSpot CRM using the extension Pingbix for HubSpot CRM.

• Send single and Bulk SMS
• View SMS History
• Send Automated messages
• Create templates to send messages

1. Authorize HubSpot CRM
2. Enter the Pingbix Username, Password and Sender ID
3. Authorize Pingbix account

Messages can be sent using Pingbix through the extension from HubSpot.

• View the History of SMS sent within each Contact inside HubSpot
• Within each contact send messages using the 'Send Pingbix Message' option

• Send SMS using templates or type in the message and click on 'Send'
• Click on 'Manage Templates' to create new templates or edit existing ones

• Enter the name of the template to create a new template
• Type in the content to be sent under the 'Message' section
• Contact Fields can be inserted into the template when required
• Click on 'Save' to create the template

Automated Pingbix SMS can be sent through the extension from HubSpot CRM using workflows.

1. Select the action 'Send Pingbix SMS' within the workflow
2. A DLT approved template is necessary to send the automated message
3. Enter the approved template under 'Message'
4. Select the fields for the Contact Number
5. Enter the default Country Code
6. Enter the Pingbix Sender ID, Username and Password
7. Click on 'Save' to enable the action

1. Select any Pingbix SMS workflow
2. Click on Enroll
3. Select the option to manually enroll the contacts
4. Select the contacts
5. Enroll the selected contacts to send the Bulk Message
